We endeavour to sort out all warranty
issues as quickly and efficiently
as possible.
All new instruments and some accessories
carry a guarantee of at least 12-months.

Procedures
The guarantee includes all manufacturing
defects but does not include damage
caused by misuse, unusual factors
or wear and tear. The guarantee
is also invalidated if the instrument
has been worked on by another repairer
without our prior permission. |
