For internet orders we only accept Credit/Debit Cards.

We accept cash delivered in person, but please do not send any by post.

Cheques
Please send your cheques (made payable to Normans) to: "Accounts Section", Normans, Third Avenue, Centrum 100, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2WD

If the cheque is not in the name of the person who placed the order write these details on the reverse of the cheque as well. When we receive your payment the goods will be released for dispatch.

Cards
We accept (at no extra charge) MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Maestro and Solo, and can take payment in person or over the telephone.

BACS
We accept electronic transfers of funds. Please send remittance advice to the above address, fax to (01283) 743511, or e-mail accounts@normans.co.uk

Notification of Order Process

Upon receipt of your order you will automatically receive an e-mail notifying you that we are in receipt of your order.
If we only have part of your order in stock, we may "part-ship". However, if we are encountering more than a short delay in fulfilling your order we will notify you of the likely time delay.

Terms & Conditions

Ownership of invoiced goods does not transfer to the customer until payment is made in full, but receipt of goods transfers responsibility for insurance to the customer. Transit Damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours. This website does not constitute an offer for sale. All photographs are for representative purposes only and do not necessarily accurately portray the products.

VAT (sales tax)

All our invoices automatically have UK sales tax (VAT) added at 17.5%. However, for some overseas customers we can supply goods without VAT.
For Overseas customers outside the European Union all goods will be invoiced without VAT.
For Overseas customers inside the European Union all goods will be invoiced with VAT unless the customer can supply us with their VAT number – in which case we can supply without VAT.
Overseas customers will be accountable for paying any local taxes or duties on importation of goods to their country.
